That’s What She Said: Real-Life Bosses That Give Michael Scott a Run for His Money

Unfortunately, women being harassed in the workplace by their male superiors is a common problem. Examples include misogynistic remarks, sexual harassment, or favoring male employees over females. Even today, while our society has more awareness of that issue, this is still a major issue and sadly, isn’t always taken very seriously.

A lot of bosses, like this one, don’t really seem to take note or care about how women feel about harassment from other co-workers. This boss dismissed her concerns and told her to take the harassment as a compliment. That’s just awful. Sadly, while she couldn’t confide in her boss, we hope she can take it to HR and find someone who is willing to help.
