The “Dundees” is one of the most iconic parts of The Office. There’s tons of merchandise you can get surrounding the event, as well as your very own “Dundee” award. The Dundees often lead to some wacky shenanigans on the show, but how would the award ceremony bode in real life?

Apparently, one real-life boss decided to give his dedicated employees awards. A yearly ceremony to celebrate everyone’s hard work and dedication. A nice idea in theory – but from what we’ve seen in episodes from The Office, some Dundee awards aren’t exactly appropriate. This boss called one of his employees “hot.” Yikes. HR will hear about that one.
