David Letterman – Now 76 Years Old
David Letterman, born in 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana, started his career in broadcasting at Ball State University’s campus radio station. After college, he worked as a weatherman and radio announcer before finding his comedic calling. He gained recognition as a stand-up comedian and made frequent appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.

In 1982, he launched his late-night talk show, Late Night with David Letterman, which ran for over a decade and showcased his irreverent humor and unique interviewing style. Letterman later hosted The Late Show with David Letterman on CBS for over two decades, becoming an iconic figure in late-night television. He’s also known for his production company, Worldwide Pants, and his ownership of the Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing team, which competes in the IndyCar Series.
