For some reason, Americans love adding marshmallows to every Thanksgiving dish. No doubt that they are delicious and soft, but it certainly does make you wonder why a savory dish would ever need to be covered in sugary little clouds.

Considering we have all sat around a campfire and made smores more than 100 times in our lives, you would think that everyone knows that marshmallows burn very, very easily. We’re glad to hear that the marshmallows managed to come right off, no harm, no foul.
