Confession time: I am a spice addict. I needed two large racks to fit all of my spices, and when I moved into my new place, and a friend was helping me unpack, she saw my two spice racks and refused to believe that anyone could possibly have that many spices until I pulled all of them out and showed her that they barely fit in the two racks.

So, believe me, I already knew about the alphabetized spice thing. The thing that is a pain is that they are organized by brand first, then name. If the brand you’re looking for only makes a few things, then good luck finding it amongst all the spices on that shelf.
