I think it’s safe to assume that old Pops here isn’t usually the one to cook the Thanksgiving turkey. That said, who on earth stops to snap a photo before jumping in to put the fire out?! That thing is raging and will catch the cabinets soon! Put the phone down and help!

With Thanksgiving dinner ruined and the smell of charred oven in the air, I hope they packed up and headed out for a diner. Maybe the person holding the phone was even kind enough to pick up the bill after they paused long enough to document the travesty. It would be the only decent thing to do.
