Statistically Unlikely Events That Happened to Everyday People

I love it when a happy event is derived from an unhappy one. It’s like when you lose a hundred-dollar bill in your favorite pair of jeans only to find them six years later in your least favorite sweater. An instance of utter tragedy leads to a celebration of fantastic proportions.

Thankfully, this was one of these instances, but there’s a little ingredient missing from the story. How did the coat get onto the back of the trailer? If it was stolen, how did the coat owner confront the thieves? And how was it even hanging there in the first place?
