Statistically Unlikely Events That Happened to Everyday People

I decided to include this last one because it has me totally stumped and I need some help from my dear readers. I thought I had some pretty good knowledge as far as cards are concerned, but I can’t make sense of this sequence at all. What is special about it?

I’ve gone over it in my head, and I just can’t understand – Queen of hearts, 5 of clubs, 9 of clubs, 10 of spades, 3 of diamonds. What the heck is the significance of this sequence? If any of you at home have any idea please go ahead and help me out.
