There’s No Place Like Home: The Impressive Real-Estate Portfolio of Taylor Swift

The addition of the new townhouse offers several practical advantages, including its own private entrance and an indoor garage. By integrating this townhouse with her existing two penthouses, Taylor gains exclusive access to her penthouse units. This eliminates the need to contend with the rush to the main entrance of the apartment building while paparazzi attempt to capture photos.

It’s entirely understandable why Taylor would seek increased privacy at this particular juncture in her life. She acquired this property shortly before the release of Reputation. One can easily imagine that having a secluded rooftop terrace must have provided a much-needed sanctuary during that period of heightened media attention and scrutiny.
