#25: Are We Lost?
So many of us depend way too much on our phones. How many times have you driven home and automatically opened your GPS app? Even if you know the way home, you still need it on as reassurance. Weird, right? We didn’t need such reassurance 30 years ago. Back in the 90s, we had far more elaborate mental maps.

Some people could even look up a new location on a paper map one time and know how to get there. That seems completely insane. Most of us can’t get to the grocery store without getting lost these days. Maybe we’re a bit too dependent on GPS. What would happen if we were without GPS or our phones for a day? Would we be able to get around?
